Genna Pendergras, MAI graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from the University of Texas at El Paso. Genna is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Texas and New Mexico. She has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate valuation services in the greater El Paso and Southern New Mexico region and is active in the Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Genna is experienced in appraising all commercial property types with specialized experience in estate & business planning, eminent domain, easement valuation, market analysis & market studies, litigation support, purchase price allocation, subdivision development, and valuation for financial institutions and transactions.

WALKER R. BEARD, MAI
Walker Beard has been a partner with Wilkinson, Pendergras and Beard, LP since May 2002 and has been in the appraisal profession for over twenty years. Mr. Beard is a General Certified commercial appraiser in Texas and New Mexico. Walker is a past Board Chair of the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board. He is a past President of the Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and remains active in the Chapter. He is also past President of the El Paso CCIM Chapter and past Board member of the El Paso Institute of Real Estate Management. He has served on the Board of The Bridge Center for Contemporary Art, Westside Rotary Club and the Housing Committee for the YWCA. Beard received a bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, California.

Crysta Levicek graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. Crysta is an Appraiser Trainee in Texas. Crysta began her career working as a property manager and leasing agent for a brokerage firm in El Paso. Crysta is active in the community and is a current member of the Junior League of El Paso.
