Genna Pendergras, MAI graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics from the University of Texas at El Paso. Genna is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in both Texas and New Mexico. She has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate valuation services in the greater El Paso and Southern New Mexico region and is active in the Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Genna is experienced in appraising all commercial property types with specialized experience in estate & business planning, eminent domain, easement valuation, market analysis & market studies, litigation support, purchase price allocation, subdivision development, and valuation for financial institutions and transactions.
